This time next week.... we will be in Cape Town, South Ifrika.
The packing and cleaning is well and truely underway and I have managed to not put every item of clothing I own in the 'to be packed pile', so all is well so far.
Tonight we are having the big family dinner at Casalinga restaurant with both of our families coming. I am anticipating a night filled with laighter, wine and yummy food compliments of Andy.
It has really hit me how much I am going to miss my family. I love speaking to mum and dad every day, so it will be a big adjustment when I can only contact them every now and then. I didnt have a problem with that on our two week overseas trips, but this one has no end date so it is really playing on my mind a bit.
Also, my sister is currently 15 or 16 weeks pregnant with twins (yaaaaayyy), the first of us three to have kids, and I am going to miss it..... Add to that, one of my very best friend is also early in a pregnancy and another is currently trying to get pregnant. Phheeww, thats a lot of babies!
So I envisage that I will be relying pretty heavily on Skype when I can get online!
Well, I'd better stop procrastinating and get back to trying to pack.... Sionara till next time....
